Having spoken to a recruiter regarding a navigation opportunity with Stryker, I wanted to ask how real the compensation quotes are. Is this really a 225-250K a year job? The technology looks solid. Marketwise, how does this division compare to Medtronic and Brainlab's offerings? Does this position offer stability year over year, or is the division a mess? Thank you for any insight, difficult to tell when looking over past posts if disgruntled employees make the majority of the complaints. Thanks again
Are reps hitting their #'s? Is it realistic to be able to spread this technology outside of neuro, or are you only as good as your counterparts and their relationships in spine, ortho etc?
