There has not been a VP of Sales since that Navilyst clown left right after the sales meeting last year, 2013. Since then John Soto took over Sales and Marketing for PV, now oversees all franchises and his former SVP PV position is open. Chuck is SVP of Access and Rick for Oncology. Scott Peper and Tom Aldrich are left ruining the PV and Access franchises in their roles as National Sales Directors.

    Gents,

Hang tight cause the cavalry is coming. We will pick the best leader to take this division to lofty heights and everyone is going to cash in. The product pipeline is as strong as ever and we have the quality issues behind us.

Scott went to a reputable ortho company as an RBM from what I know. Most likely this will be a good experience for him and hopefully he will learn how to be a true respected leader rather than the demotivating unethical short sited bully he proved to be in the last year. He drove AngioDynamics PV Sales Franchise into the ground within his final year and also destroyed a culture and people's lives. The damage he caused is irreparable and the EMT allowed it to happen. It will take an experienced sales leader and professional to re-cultivate any amount of trust, inspiration and motivation to retain the remaining talent both internally and field based. Scott was a cancer to this company. Bright man but toxic. Good riddens. His ass will get handed to him in his next venture. No doubt.

Scott was a great asset to the PV side & will be missed. He was an awesome leader and mentor, and anyone who says differently apparently did not know Scott.

Scott was terrible and anyone who thinks differently clearly has no concept or exposure to strong talented leadership.
