I agree with the above post. Just go sell and make it happen. I do a gree that everything right now is not the most ideal and we have a way to go with the fantastic comp plan but we all know that we are going to have to get thru Q4 to get to a new year and a new plan. Only thing I do wonder is about our new fearless leader. "Hunger Games" gets a bad rap due to being a person that speaks openly.

It is pretty hard to believe you are behind plan when you are pretty much the only NPWT player now. When you get some competition how much will you make in commission then? Yikes.

 

I am in double digit growth and barely make bonus every month. Not acceptable.
