How do you pay for therapists when Medicare only lets you bill $40 a month for a pap setup? It's not a feasible business model

 

BINGO! DME is treated like a commodity by insurers who do not want to acknowledge the service component involved. At $40 a month, it is tough to stay in business even if you only ship the cpaps when you take into account the arduous and laborious process of collecting that lousy $40 a month. CPAPs will become a Walmart/CVS Amazon thing in the near future.
