Why is there such a desparity in the chain?. How is it possible that a company this size, can have Creviston and Pekarek making so much money?. Why is it that there is really no communication from the RVP level to the Director level. What exactly are the RVp's and Directors doing. Are they working? There is no communication from any of them. Why did we need a Senior VP of Operations? What is he doing? There appears to be a high amount of overpaid executives again, that are not really doing anything, yet the field level managers and AE's are getting grilled about their performance.

Bottom line at UHS is that the executives have totally, if ever had, lost the basic understanding of what it takes to take care of customers on the front line.

The directors are not developing their people. They are all "covering their backs", and caring about their own careers. They simply send out emails, about corporate programs and messages. They are not needed in the middle of this thing. As for the corporate executives- Phil- what are you doing?, Brian, what are you doing? Matt what are you doing? Several overpaid executives that are in a cloud!!!

All UHS needs to do is hire a consultant.

Stop complaining. Every company has issues and this one is no different. Assigning blame resolves nothing. Do your job and help the growth during tough times. Show some resolve.

UHS is an overweight company that is poorly run by executives who make too much for the results produced. Do yourself a favor and brush up your CV/resume because the job market has bounced back there are better options than UHS.
