I am also exploring Urology Division. Selling On Set Medical Pathway Balloon Expandable PCNL Sheath and Pathway Balloon Expandable Ureteral Access Sheath. Does anyone have any idea of market share? Good Products? Competition? Any feedback is appreciated.

good products and decent market share. company growth is slowing down quickly - hampered by bad acqusistions and other divisions way underperforming. Lots of resources are going to the losing divisions.

140K at plan is about right but very few hit 'plan'

 

BS has already secured most of the business. It will not be an easy road to hoe 140k is at plan count on 100k. I have been here before not fun.

 

What product is BS replacing the Glidewire with? Apparently they have been telling the Doc's that Terumo no longer makes it. What a LIE!!!!

 

Small pay for small start-up "urology" franchise. BS on the 140k. Lucky to make 100k working your ass off - It is all about pricing and contracts and they don't have any in the Urology arena. BS and Bard have it all.

 

It is not for me no risk for senior management just the plebes.

 

There's a clinical training position open. 90% travel? Is Sales side a better gig? Any feedback would be great.

 

They have had those positions posted with various recruiters since October. They are not hiring. Heard from a inside guy there is a hiring freeze currently. The HR guy is just collecting information in the various territories. They say they are down to a couple of candidates then they start advertising on medreps with another recruiter for the same territories. Last time the hr manager posted the position himself. Pay is horrible too.

 

"hiring freeze?" You must be thinking of a different division, TIS has added new positions in the last 1-2 months.

 

What's the culture like in the CVS division? Good money? Good leadership?

 

Hiring freeze is urology. With all the turnover in TIS, openings are popping up monthly.

 

I would not do it. Find something else in the market.

There are dozens of openings accross the country in TIS. Why??

 

Expansion. 15 new territories, two new regions, eight additional clinicals.

 

Expansion? They keep filling the same expansion territories every 6-9 months, lol.
