That statement clearly defines the attitude and failings of management. Why don't you post positions and "sell" it as a job, black and white? Why the bait/switch? Why recruit for people with a vision when you are either too blind, dumb or scared to manage. As for the 3rd floor propeller hats crew, think about how your legacy is going down....is that a flush I hear? For all the innovation and success you claim, why aren't you thought highly of in the medical industry community? Why aren't you thought of at all? Your leadership will never be an HBR case and will always be overshadowed by RP (Zoll). You had control to craft a culture but you obviously do not have the EQ. Sad really that you do not have the self-awareness to realize your short comings and improve. Your vision has never been farther than the tip of your nose. You are not and never will be the team to "take this to the next level".

The company is founded on lies and bullying. Management knows nothing else here.

I am confused why they don't conduct exit interviews if they say they are so concerned about turnover. Call me crazy, but it seems to me if they are concerned about turnover, they might interview those leaving as well as the top performers they hope to keep. Isn't that Management 101? So confused.

they didn't care what you thought while you were there, why would they care when you left?

They are conducting exit interviews, FYI. Although if it is obligatory. They truly don't want to hear why you left.

They are conducting exit interviews, FYI. However, it is almost as if it is obligatory. They really don't want to hear what you have to say.

Look at the north east. Aldo comes in makes horrible business decisions pisses of a couple of key opinion leaders and most of his experienced team ends up throwing their hands up in the air and leaving. Albany once a 2 million dollar territory blown up, Syracuse once a 1.3 million blown up, Rochester an area with one of the companies largest supporters no growth!!! How can you hire a guy like Aldo- no cardiology background, no understanding on how a patient moves within the health care system, can't speak to customers has no idea what they are talking about. How can you expect him to teach reps ANYTHING! He's a bobble head who leaves a path of customer destruction. Mike get off your fence sitting ass and visit Binghamton. Aldo left scorched earth. Visit Syracuse, customers ask rep NOT to bring in Aldo again scorched earth. You created this problem Mike! You had a lot of business in upstate NY. Now all you have is a lot more reps and a lot less business! You talk about accountability!! Step up! Both you and Aldo need to fall on the sword!! Your managing and making decisions with someone else's money!!! Where's the accountability you preach??????

This is the same tune across the country. Even the "good managers" have been gelded to stick heads in sand. Bad managers are either well horrible.....or RX dingbats waiting for direction. The only thing they are good at is sucking up and playing with other peoples monies. They could not actually make it in the real world.
