To HR, Incentive Compensation Team leaders and the rest of you socialistic posers, True performance ie RESULTS focused leaders are vindicated by the about face being done by GSK that went MBO (oh sorry TBO) and other soft measures to incent their sales teams a few years back. Sales went south..no surprise. I remember being in IC planning meetings with a bunch of you know-it-alls pushing for this model. You purged results oriented leaders from the company and sales force, and have cut your way to pleasing Wall Street on the backs of these same people since 2006. We are stuck in mediocrity.
