Wonder why the stock is so high

We have heard these rumors over and over and over and over for years. Seems there is always chatter about this. It gets to a point where you just have to not worry about what you can't control.

 

More than likely Phizer will stay put for the short term. Mainly to avoid another level of CEO embarrassment on their part, esp. since AZ snubbed them numerous times, which may prove to be huge mistake on AZ part. It'll be at least January if and when they try to make offer for BMS. Would make sense as opposed to another offer for AZ. That ship has not only left the dock, it's sunk with irreparable damage between both companies. So, yes, BMS viable for a takeover, but watch Mylan too. Or anyone sigh a strong Oncology portfolio with solid growth opportunity and forecasts. Anyone Phizer buys will be downsized. So we need to be careful what owe wish for I guess!
