In HQ and globally. Will change the business unit structure - this has been discussed openly for months. There will be three global businesses: Global Innovative Pharma Biz, Global Established Products Biz, and Vaccines/Oncology/Consumer Biz. R&D and other pre-commercial groups shouldn't see much change, if any. One could guess that field forces would follow their products, if their product moved to other business units (or stay put if the product stays put).
HQ moving to Indianapolis (better tax rates & soccer field). New company name Pfilly. New corporate color is purple. 50% reduction in field force. 35% increased profit. 5 dollar foot longs for all.
