don't drink and post (and puff out your salary requirements)
we are NOT impressed

 

I thought GSK was reputable Co and I have excellent biologic sales experiences in Xolait but found they could not afford my salary 100 base and successful bonuses as were industry low as previously stated 25k seems low. If your new to industry and just need a job then this is great for you. Seems GSK would rather low rate employees less than 70k base and create robots to promote this "me too" drug as Xolair dominated this inflammatory response further along in allergic cascade, & in market already. There are two other IL5 drugs are year away. I agree, poor management and choice sales forces, it's not gonna get approval this summer, & thankfully I work with Genentech.

Getting nervous, heard we may be later and with other IL5s coming, this is looking less special. Should I book summer vacation??
