Is it really this bad in MSBU?

I'm a candidate for nurse educator role and am worried about all the negative comments. Is it just 1-2 bad apples?

 

Yes just 1-2 bad apples.

 

Really look at the turnover rate with our nurses they all hate the job. Go do a field ride before you take the job.

Unless you are unemployed - Don't work in the MSBU

 

Problems are in every job, here too. NGNs have vital role. They do respectable work for respectable pay. Great benefits. Is there long-term job security anywhere in pharma? Probably no more or no less here.

 

LESS job security here. Big Time! Layoffs looming within next 90 days.

 

obviously a kool aid drinker wrote this. They're two kinds of MSBU nurses....1.) those who left 2.) those who want to leave.

 

Bad apples are at the top

 

The reps aren't high up on the talent tree either.

 

It's the leaders who put them there. They don't hire themselves.
