Word on the street is Conceptus is looking for a new Regional...is this true? What happened to Kevin Klym? Oh, another question, what is the deal with Kevin O'Connor and FP's? What a waste of time...perhaps the new CEO gets it...all about the numbers.

He was laid off on Jan. 5th with 38 others. Michelle Crockett has from NY to Maine.

    Is she the permanent RM?

She's been there for two years now. Word is she is not well like among her peers or upper management. Heard that her reps like her, but she will screw them in a second if they cross her.

So what's the word on this company? Good, bad, ugly? Would you work here if you had it to do all over again? Any help appreciated.

Be very careful. Business in the Northeast is bad due to the recession. Manager over promises and under delivers. The company is going to be sold.

Is the rep in NYC going to be laid off? He never follows up and does not have a complete understanding of Essure. Perhaps he is not happy with this job.

Reps can't manage territories properly because there is too much geography. Same RBD has NY, but she never leaves her house to work with people, so she's clueless!

The interviewing managers seem like they are hiding something. They had a hard time answering my questions related to the company, position, product, future. They will not be able to bring on a talented manager...a damaged one, one on the ropes in their current role maybe. They try hard to dazzle with earnings and make it seem like getting the job is a heavy lift for any candidate...nice try...

Thank you for the "offer" to move forward on the opportunity but I am passing. Hopefully your recruiter let you know already.

They absolutely did hire one of the most stellar individuals in the device market. JS is the manager and an outstanding individual. Compared to the others there he is very down to earth and realistic.

JS is a rock star, he ran the Gynecare division when they had double digit growth. Watch out this guy gets things done!

I heard the RM left. Didn't he just get hired? Why does this region have so much turnover at the manager level?

JS ruled, he understood the company, and was very passionate. He just felt like he should be at a director level, VP, or CEO. He used to work at J&J, so he was deserving

What a joke Js was a complete idiot and a terrible manager. He was unstable and thought he was a CEO. Hysterical to watch his own posts here.
