Jan re-org will include layoffs of 50% of supervisors/ low level managers.

If you plan to layoff 50% of us and 50% of us are already interviewing - what happens if.you layoff the wrong 50%? Who will manage? The Execs? That's laughable!

 

So the criteria should be that if your married to another employee you should get laid off first? Grow up ! that's how business works in the real world.

 

With 50 million dollar in debt, I think everyone is on the chopping block before summer.

May be. But supervisors /managers and family will be there on FB and "wink wink working from home" til the doors close AND will get severance. So enjoy unemployment! Jealous much?

 

AND it's no ones fault that your not management.There are haves and have nots

 

AND maybe you should go to school and/or get a few years experience before you worry about what managers are doing
