Wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her

 

Has she been promoted yet? Last I heard she had been turned down 3 times

 

A true talent who valued by the company, leadership, communication and the ability to make tough decisions. T

 

Sounds like a good candidate for RSD. Oh, wait.....

 

She was told she was in the "running" but it wasn't even close. C

 

If upper management had trust and confidence in her she would have already been promoted

 

she earns to much and way to young to not grind it as long as you can. I know her and sounds like you are very jealous of her , or intimidated by her. I do trust her .

 

I trust her because she is very talented, smart, and well respected by top surgeons and C-suite leaders

You mean she earns TOO much and is way TOO young, right? Then she shouldn't have applied for RSD THREE times if she was TOO much of the aforementioned, doofus.

Have heard some good and some not so good

 

I have only heard great things, like respected, smart, and has a high level of integrity.
