Well, the shame of the whole thing is that Injectafer is a good product. If MJ would get rid of Jackie and get Don back or promote Paul to that role, the insanity would be eliminated. Jackie has no life so she expects the TM's and the RM's to give up their nights and weekends to work on stupid crap. Come on MJ, don't act like a mushroom and stay in the dark. The morale out here is so bad. We are all looking to leave. You will lose us and then you won't come close to meeting your goals. Heard thru the grapevine that they put someone on a "plan" just because the ass doctor this person calls on is saying they are out a large amount of money on reimbursement. OK, GEE, if this doctor is out so much, why would he keep ordering to get the amount so high?? DUHHHH He is playing Jackie like a fiddle. It is NOT the TM's fault, it is his office's fault. This pathetic doctor probably wants a low cost contract in place for Injectafer and this is clearly one way to get it because JACKIE is such an idiot and can't see the forest thru the trees. I have offices that say everything is fine but in reality, they have issues with reimbursement. SO, what is this TM to do, manage their billing dept too. COME ON! Well, I truly hope MJ takes her company back before it is too late. Give Jackie a package and send her on her way. If you want to even come close to reaching your goal MJ, you have to act fast. If you get rid of the VIRUS, we will all stay. Your choice.

You are correct. If Don were asked to come back and take over and take the sales force back without Jackie being around, he just might. Come on MJ, you don't want to have to explain to Japan why you lost over 1/2 your sales force, And why there will be so many lawsuits against AR.
SAVE THE TITANTIC BEFORE IT SINKS. REMOVE THE ICE GLACIER and TOGETHER WE CAN ALL HIT THE GOAL.

 

JB was a train wreck at nycomed

 

Wow, MJ, hello. Just spoke to another TM who is on a second interview. Then, another TM told me the same. Windshield time allows us to talk nationwide. Sad to see everyone getting set to leave. Our bonus program is the worst in the industry but that is because you have a contracts person actually making up the bonus program. You hire all these other consultants, why not someone who actually knows sales. We can't live on these bonus's. MJ, here is a solution.
1) Get rid of JB-that will boost morale-my RM has been here awhile and is so frustrated and hates it here now, you can hear it is their voice. Use to be a place everyone wanted to get up and work, not anymore.
2) Get rid of JG-replace with someone who actually can get reports done and out to us so we can see where we stand. Hell, we just got quotas-it is May for God's sake. What qualifies her to do a bonus structure? She has never been out here in the trenches.
3) Hire someone who actually knows sales and how to motivate reps to stay with a bonus structure that makes sense.
4) Take back the reins of the company before we are all gone.

Might go buy a sandwich with my bonus payout.

Oh well, time for all of us to leave. SAD.

 

All Jordana ever did was bark out orders. JB thinks that she knows what she is doing but is making everyone miserable. The morale is the lowest it ever has been. Anyone who was there from before JB is screwed except for JG who has her face up JBs behind. How can you hAve a sales meeting when everyone is so demoralized? We are all invisible - except for JB and MJs buddies.

 

No one worries about TMs actually leaving. Job market sucks and you know it.

 

JB has no buddies, only pawns to do her dirty work. Once done, she will cut them too and they won't see it coming. Horrible person!

 

So wrong. Not for people with hospital and oncology experience. You will be surprised.

 

This person that said no jobs out there, is way off. Head Hunters are calling like crazy. AND, let's not forget, a lot of us have pharma experience. YOU WILL BE SURPRISED! A lot of us are on our 2nd face to face interviews. BUT, we will all act like ALL IS OK at the meeting and smile. BUT, trust me, we are all looking. THE SHIP IS GOING DOWN!!! You people want our friends on PIPS, only 6 months into a launch, we know what is going on. You want us tenured people gone. WELL, HOLD ONTO YOUR seats and buckle up, we are all going to be leaving. AND, the BEST PART IS that it is people you would never expect.

 

To call it like it is, this is not really oncology. IV Iron does not treat any tumors. We don't know anything about chemo and all those cancer tumor types and diagnosis. Just sayin'

 

LOL, we don't need oncology experience, we have pharma, med device, pharmacy experience, etc., no need for oncology only.
Wonder if the door is big enough for all of us to fun out of it at the same time.
