Everything is for Sale. Think of B+L as a garage sale. It still has some value. Once everything is cleared out you then have money to make some home improvements. The new home will not be called B+L. The merger of equals is still coming. B+L will no longer be a company name. Just a brand name on top of another brand name. The company name will be Super Duper New Pharma Company with a Lot of Stuff to Sell. Doctors and Optometrists will wonder who is this new SDNPCLSS. Consumers will look at the price and buy a reasonable brand name at a reasonable price. All will be well if Valeant can payoff its debt. That is where the job cuts come in. This business model only works if they can work you five times as hard to make ten times as much product. Not looking for to many intellectuals. Just make the stuff as fast as you can with as little cost as possible.
