Interviewing this week for open position. Average base? Benefits?

In some areas of the company, CA, TX and FL it's okay, but there's a fair amount of turnover, probably due to leaders lacking in experience with sales org.

 

What Ballpark are you working at?

 

Minor league, extended spring training.

 

c'mon.. How much for California? I have f2f next week. Currently making 120k+30 in bonus at big pharma.

 

Ball park 70’s nobody makes bonus.

Yes that’s current. 60-70k base, don’t expect to make any kind of bonus at all. Good benefits. Company car provided.

 

65-70 no real bonus, benefits. You are under the microscope for territory and numbers. Cannot hide.

 

Is this still the case?

 

Sadly yes and no signs of improvement on the horizon.

 

80 is max. Comp plan is 1200.00 for 100% to goal for one product and the other isn’t set up to make 0 for 100% to goal. Company car is provided. If you don’t have a job take it, if you do and are making bonus do not leave.

 

$1200 a month? a quarter? a year?

 

$1200/quarter if you’re lucky.

 

Bonus a joke! Lots of money to be made but goals are beyond unrealistic. Potential bonus for 2 drugs $6k year MAX
