What's going on in the Phoenix/Scottsdale Area?

Reps taking samples isn't new. It's been going on in this area for years.

 

I knew the rep who was the ringleader. Fired in 2012.

 

There were rumors about this but almost no one believed them until an email about a rep started making the rounds.

 

I still call BS, how's it a DM fault that there was dishonest reps?

 

DM's are suppose to be paying attention to the acitivities of their subordinates. To think that with all the management control systems in place to track sample medications that this activity went undetected is astounding. Most of the reps I know are honest, hard-working and intelligent folks; it only takes a handful to mess things up and thats what happened in this case.

 

Several reps and the DM were let go in the 2012 reorg, but the DM was rehired a few months later.

 

What happened to Breiner?

 

Does anyone care where she is?

 

Probably doing the same activities for another firm. Lucky them.

 

Is the D.M. whose first name starts with a J still in this area?

 

Yes

 

Will she ever leave?

 

This area looks like a soap opera.

 

As long as she's not here, no one cares.

 

I heard she's at Jannsen. Wonder how long she will last there?

 

I heard she's on her way out. Her act only lasts so long. At some point you have to be able to do your job.

 

How did she ever get hired by another pharma company? Totally incompetent! I was a co worker and saw first hand how she got away with crazy stuff.
