Why do you think the managers named in the lawsuit are still employed?

 

Companies can't retaliate against named employees in a suit.

 

Even if they do their own investigation and find violations?

 

It's a due process until proven guilty. Unfortunately these whistleblower cases take many years to resolve as they go through federal investigations. Sure, and employer can make ones job miserable and pressure them out as well.

 

Again with Long Island. Leave it be.
Let the whisleblowers get their money drop it, and go with your life.
The company will settle, nobody is going to jail give it a rest.

I would think Novartis would want to show the government they took proactive steps and terminated the offenders.

Well who called on this clown? Was he a speaker? Probably one of the better customers.

Nothing much going on. We can not keep calling on doctors with no product. Now they want speaker programs. Cant wait to see what Long Island doctors want to speak or go to a program

 

Perhaps if the honorariums are $2500 +
