I get the feeling that the chosen ones that made some bank see the secondary generations as careless. We are not careless we are living in new world of having to find a new job every couple of years and will make no were near what was made in previous years.

There is a lot of luck in life and no one said life is fair.

Obamacare .....mid line plan 550 a month and going higher in 2015!
Topped with lush deductibles before a penny is paid....

So glad the Republicans will be doing a complete overhaul....

They need to repeal it completely before it destroys private health insurance, which I believe was the intent all along.

Obama is a pure socialist. He's done irreparable harm.

It never ceases to amaze me how people continue to be duped by left-wing government fairies who spit out words from their tattered socialist playbook like "fairness, affordable, cheap, accessible, and efficient" like it was a bodily function. The fact that something called the "Affordable Care Act", shoved down our throats by these clowns is neither affordable or provides any meaningful care ( the # of physicians who will be leaving medicine in the next few years will make the Israelite's biblical exodus look like trickle) should surprise no one. Just pray you don't get sick and take the advise of "The most interesting man in the world" and "stay healthy my friends"

Affordable rates to those who work low income professions or who are on the dole!
Everyone else bigger rates....gee wiz isn't that another social incentive to loaf?

The plans make everyone pay for services they don't want or need....this way everyone can subsidize the big users of the programs....aka the Betty Birthcontrol and the "I can eat till my buttons pop trio" ....What a sweet melody for the dems and their socialism rocks agenda!

Do not stay just for the pension. If Merck goes under, you will get pennies on the dollar. The way things are going in healthcare and with this company, it is not something I would bank on, especially if you are more than 5 years away from retirement.

You are assuming that the pension is fully funded and that it will be there. Get smart - many companies give large sums of stock in lieu of a pension which smokes the 500k (after 20 years!!??!!??). Do your homework.
