Everyone leaving ISF 1

ISF 1 is in big trouble. People are leaving and no one wants the jobs.

 

The problem is the culture, mis-management, idiot moves like the 100% price increase. It could be a great place to work if it were run like a normal hospital company. they don't know what that is because they all came from retail. There are some very talented folks here on the sales side. Most will leave if given the chance.

 

It's so true. I have an interview next week to get out and am SOOO excited.
This is an old school toxic fear mongering sales environment.
Companies need to shift to dealing with REAL business needs of hospitals in the ever-changing healthcare environment. We can't deal with the BS of AA or her circle of women friends she decides to keep right beneath her......
