This is what has destroyed DSI.
Sales ops started destroying our culture in 2010.
Sales ops-zero accountability. In fact dsi promoted the employee in charge of IC-sales ops
    Pipeline pipeline pipeline pipeline
Screwed up numbers...way screwed up data.
Starting with industry low pay..then that created bad reps..then bad managers.
False data with start for last four years...documented.
Documented cases of cheating the system ...ie...northeast with no correction in IC for the rest of country. DSI paid out bonuses to reps that cheated and others were paid less.b.c they lost to cheaters
Zero transparency. For example. Those who are actually getting the tiny bonus tomorrow just now got IC statement.
DSI just cannot understand how stupid their top level decisions look to field level employees.
No 360, most of the above issues have been discussed for years with limited actions.

I DO NOT KNOW ANY EMPLOYEE THAT IS HAPPY HERE AND IS NOT LOOKING TO GET THE HELL OUT?

They don't really care what you think. Most of you will be gone anyway very soon. What do you think that the Market potential for a Constipation Drug for Hydrocodone addicts will be anyway? MUCH less than for the dog Savaysa. WOOF WOOF!!

Nope, the numbers and data are exactly the way they want them to be.

Data - we pay huge money for script data from 3rd party companies. It's always correct.

Numbers - IC gets the data, models it to death and steps all over it to get it exactly how management wants it. Rewarding some, punishing others, and insuring nobody gets too pig a slice of the pie - even if they deserve it.

Im sure it's the same at other companies.
