Advice on changing from Stryker Ortho Sales to KCI Territory Manager. Advice and feedback appreciated.
Micromanaged more than you are at Stryker. You'll get a base salary which you probably are not used to coming from stryker. You will laugh at the commission program. KCI claims to pay for performance.
Look Stryker is a class operation, kci is not. If your time is up at Stryker, and your burnt out, look at your completion, they will hire you. You are at the top of the food chain, no need to take a step backward. KCI is struggling now.
I went from a well respected company to KCI and now I constantly defend that decision. KCI has a bad rep in the industry and pays terrible. Stay at Stryker until another opportunity presents itself.
I call complete and utter bullshit on this one. Going from Stryker Ortho to KCI is like playing for the New York Yankees and then getting demoted to college ball for a community college. Are you a sales rep for Stryker Ortho or are you support personal of sorts looking to get your first sales gig?
