    I get the feeling the enthusiasm/morale of the sales force is being drained ALREADY as a result of being treated like idiots and they are already getting into useless exercises and metrics instead of trusting us to get the job done. This drug is still months away from being approved and launched and the leadership is already going down the wrong path. We will be there for you at gametime but don't wear us out in the long preseason for no reason!

    So how are the manager ride-alongs going? I can imagine they are expecting you to close on every call and have you filling out stupid Excel trackers. This has got to be embarrassing.
