What are the pay and bonus ranges for new reps with 10 years experience? Is nutrition and diabetes and other divisions all the same?
Try for the Diabetes Care division first. If you can get in there, you'll get the best pay, car, and benefits. ADC is Abbott's elite, the best of the best, and that's straight the VP of Sales, Duncan Williams. He should know, as he is the most respected sales leader at Abbott, and he has many stories he often tells to support that. If you don't have what it takes to get in to ADC, but made it to a live interview, that alone will guarantee you a job at any of the other Abbott divisions.
