Has anyone considered whether 2014 goals were set right since only about 1/3 of reps achieved goal? Or is that intended?
Hey---my MS company says there was an issue with IMS that effected multiple markets nation wide...over here only 1/3 or less hit goal for the last two years...but part of that might have been because they don't know how to forecast a drug that is rapidly loosing MShare and they were not sure how well tecfidera would do. I know another MS company has also said the same thing about the data...talk to your management--see what they say. Our company has not released corrected data yet because they don't know how to handle the situation--they paid people $ that didn't deserve it and underpaid others...it is a cluster F and it is all IMS.
