It really is. Terrible workshops that are not adult learning relayed; terrible facilitation and certainly poor trainers AND a horrific excuse of a head of training. DISGRACEFUL DEPT!
Wa-wa-wa....bunch of babies! Be accountable for yourself! If you can't do your job without blaming training, get lost losers!
- Actually we CAN do our jobs. - The problem with that dept is that the person leading it does not understand adult learning. - Workshops are awful and poorly developed and facilitated. - The trainers do not have enthusiasm or care. - The POAs are the worst! POOR organization and not real.
