My overlay takes all the credit. And I'm sick of it. It's either me or my overlay. My manager needs to choose one.

 

Jobs are on the line now. If you are in a high performing territory, make sure your DM knows who is doing the work. They are desperate and will throw you under the bus to keep their job.

How can you take credit if your overlay just adds everyone whose writing for you? Some overlays are very good though but I have to say mine is the biggest joke going gets paid more than us and makes more from our bonus. So actually the guy is smart because be has a great gig going and adds zero to our growth or volume strategy. Ask him to take you to top 5 and see if he even knows who or where they are.
