Please Please Please do something about these managers. THERE ARE TOO MANY OF THEM WITH NOTHING TO DO. Our jobs are stressful and hectic enough. The last thing we need is them swarming us with ride alongs, conference calls, and emails with pointless "action" items. Speaking of emails these weekly ones are ridiculous. If we have 1 good week we're on our way to presidents club, BUT if we have 1 bad week (even if its the following week) here come the action items and threat of performance plans. I don't know how much longer I can deal with this kind of management style.
