Lots of inappropriate relationships in Alcon

I can not get over the number of sexual relationships between employees and employees with doctors.

This is suppose to be a professional environment yet people are getting promoted for this type of behavior. This is just not right.

 

Its the Babylon System, son.

As long as they don't report to the same department and are consenting adults why do you care?

I could care less about the god comments. I think it is unfair when people are getting promoted because of it. Currently, a DM has this type of relationship with his rep, and they are both married! Guess who he just promoted, you guessed it.

A partner of mine at home office is rumored to have slept with many different employees throughout the country. It creates bad moral, favoritism, and a unprofessional work environment. My previous company didn't allow this type of behavior but here people turn thier heads. It effects decisions made on many levels.

If this behavior effects my promotional opportunities I will have a lawyer involved. Until then Alcon is playing with fire.

they also started here you just havent heard about them as they involve a group not on the radar not in texas and not in sales....also something will be announced later today involving something impt getting canceled and rescinded...not sure how large the annoucement will be yet something was decided to not move forward.....lastly a name many of you are familiar with has been demoted....annoucement coming soon

 

A DM promoted their rep? To what? It couldn't be a very significant promotion if the DM gives it to their own rep since there are no levels between the DM and the rep.
How about you get over it and mind your own business. This kind of behavior is commonplace in almost every workplace whether you like it or not. I have never worked at a company where there wasn't anybody messing around. If you have actual evidence that they are getting it on and you want to be a fucking petty snitch, then turn them in to HR. Otherwise, stop complaining about it and live your own life.

 

Your reaction leads me to believe your involved in this behavior. Why else would someone get so upset?
