they pay their reps crap...lowest in industry...their products are glorified branded generics..and they make it impossible to make bonus....$81,000 paid out total in bonus to 80% of reps in company with 50 reps total???!!!obviously some made a little more then others but still...that's only like 2,000/avg on the low end and maybe 3,000 on the high end!!! why even bother...what a joke....this is not a true pharma company...you could make more money as a garbage man.....and most reps have second jobs to supplement their low pharma income here...wtf? that's just not right....ppl get into pharma to make some serious money not have to work 2 jobs to make ends meat....stay away!!!!

pay reps bad because make no money. most work other jobs to support themselves. everyone knows but can't do anything about it because products don't sell. the company will go out of business

Most people like working for this company. People get along and do their best and they try to help each other. All work to make it a better place. Big pharma is not so great.

To anyone even thinking of working for FSC, the Worst job ever. The products are crap, except for Besivance and bepreve but you don't get paid for those. You spend 2 weeks learning about products that you won't even sell. The ones you do get paid for are not covered by insurance or they are tier 3 (most expensive) and you are selling against OTC meds that are cheap but they work. The trainer is all sunshine and rainbows and doesn't tell you the real story about how hard this company is to work for. Revolving door for 100 reps a year. 3 quit within 2 months that I know. Jim is a joke stuck in the Stone Age and Paul takes pleasure in humiliating reps in front of the sales force. Money sucks, and all you are is a glorified caterer, delivering lunches to doctors that don't know who Fsc is and don't care. They will never write a product with a reputation for making kids sick. And even if you do find a doc to write, mom and dad can't afford the cost or the pharmacy doesn't even carry it. Same 5 reps make bonus every month. Mgmnt is clueless. One mgr is brand new with 5 brand new reps. No training for that mgr. No communication, no professionalism. All around joke of a company. Run run run! Don't even think that you will be the new rep that will come in and turn it all around..you won't. No access and no good product, no insurance coverage= no sales!

Use to work at FSC. Went to a another larger pharma company. Much more experienced people that work with and not dealing with people out of school that think they are so great. Sales and marketing people are not so good at FSC as with the other company i work with and they have people that can talk to you about insurance. You get trained in a different way that helps you understand the product. They just need more experienced people

This is sad that people post such awful things about a great company. It's hard to be a small pharmaceutical company competing against larger billion dollar companies. They try hard to provide good training and leadership. Plus they give good food at launches and training :)

    New grads go for it!

Lets get this straight! Paying anyone 35K a year is just down right criminal! (oh sorry $32600 after they take out $2400 for the privilege of driving the company POS!) All for the privilege of getting a pharma job right out of college? Really, just who do you think you are? You think its such a great, coveted job that this worthless company has the right to take advantage of people? Yes some of these right out of college kids are worthless sacks but a good deal more are great people that will do well for their future. By paying people nothing and nickel and diming everything else all you do is alienate your work force and that the definition of a shit bag company. Smart people will find out soon that the rest of the pharma world gets paid 2x as much (at least) and they will bail as fast as they can, supplementing the revolving door attitude this company commands. Just look at how many they loose every month! The Executives don't care, plenty more college kids to take advantage of in this country! How do you DMs face yourself in the mirror?! You know most of us still have to shack up with mom and dad to make this even work?!

LOOK you don't have to make your people love you, but you don't have to have them wish you were kicked in the teeth! FUCK YOU!
