Iroko is saying that some reps might interpreted the IC plan wrong, they need to look at the example in the revised IC plan. It is plain and simple. What I think is wrong is making the reps wait until Q4 pay period to get the money they were shorted in the Q3. IF you want a "fast finish" then pay us the rest of the money on Dec. 12th pay check. Some of us was counting on this money for Christmas. Do the right thing if you want us to continue to sell. Either pay us on Dec 12th or we will have a slow finish in December
