Why does he have another one coming soon? Is he trying to get rid of the rep or did the rep get another job?
boy you people are clueless. first, RG is a female. she was an outstanding rep who moved on to a better opportunity after going through 2 layoffs (oops...sorry...cem customer enstranglement model!!). she is also a nice person. she is in her mid to late 30's with 2 young children and moved on to a great job. can't fault her for that. kb had nothing to do with her leaving. ng, the rep in south LA also moved on to a better opp. he is leaving the pharma/medical field and going into the booming oil and gas marketing busniess. again, a great opportunity for a good guy who is alo in his early 30's with a wife and 2 young kids. why hang around after what this company has been through in the past 2 years. dsi is dieing a slow death with the future of the company hanging on a drug that may or may not ever get fda approval - edoxoban. second, they ALL left on their own, however, if the truth be told, their leaving had a lot to do with the CV manager and an opening in his district. Seems that a certain rep who is a registered nurse who graduated from nursing school with honors, who has been with dsi for almost 7 years (guessing, but he does have some tenure), has won at least 2, maybe 3 gold cups, launched effient while with pc2, has actually worked in the clinical setting of effient (cath lab, ccu, icu), but here's the good part - he was told that he need to work on his CLINICAL SELLING SKILLS - by a manager who was a bum as a rep, got promoted to a pc1 dm, was absolutely at the bottom of the district rankings in 2011, and was again promoted to cv manager...go figure! This guy is the one responsible for south louisiana's exodus, not kb. my friend in the br district told me specfically that all of the reps there really like the guy. he seems fair and honest, though he may be demanding from a performance, attitude, and work ethic standpoint - but isn't that why we gat paid? to sum this up, did anyone drink billy boy's koolaid about the "we're good for the next 5 years"? apparently not@! if you were married, had a family and your family was depending on you to bring home a steady, and on-going paycheck would you stay with a sinking ship or look for greener pastures? easy answer. not kb driving reps away. maybe dw killing some spirit with his recent hire?
