How many people will be cut? Reps, DMs, RDs or all? Which divisions will be hit and what will the elimination criteria be (tenure, geography, etc)? Please only post if you are certain, as we have families to consider.
Really? Then why is everybody in upper mgt getting "displaced or just fired ! We all know our company is too big for the products we have now and in the future. The new guys were brought in to consolodate and decrease rep headcount to appropriate levels.

Yea it seems like it's not a legitimate business practice. It's a slap in the face to all the qualified reps who have applied previously who don't even get a fair chance.
Don't you all know how daiichi works-kiss managements ass enough and drink the kool aide and u get promoted! I know many reps who are great at what they do, gold cup winners, platinum winners but because they don't listen to the bullshit they aren't seen as promotable or even given opportunities. So if you want to get promoted u better start drinking that kool aide and become your managers bitch!
