Default Tooooo Little Toooooo Late?

Who thinks the new philosophy to FINALLY bring some sales experience to the RAM dept will help?
This should have been a lesson learned from Big Pharma and done from day 1.. No offense to the RAM's but they are not sales people and have many times done much more harm than good when you bring them into a hospital. Now that the lady from MDT is here,,, maybe they can get some sales people in front of the decision makers vs a check the box read from a script RAM

OR maybe they can finally have a RAM that will actually get out in the field, see the people face2face instead of calling, leaving a message and waiting for the return call. Our lack of approvals is directly related to this department ie Lunney, Gill and ultimately Skip.

Great, so move a bunch of useless AE's into the RAM position. Again, they will actually have to leave the house to make an impact. How often have they done that over the past year? It's a stepping stone position for those who want to add something positive to their resume while jumping to the next opportunity of a lifetime.

Rant Re: Its Toooooo Late?

Getting qualified RAM's is what they need to do as a start. More importantly is doing double blind plaecbo controlled trials for TRD. Until they do these trials insurance approvals will not happen. But if they do the trials then they may find (for a second time) that VNS for TRD is no better than placebo. But if that happens then CYBX is no worse off then they are currently with regards to reimbursement.

By the way the Blue face is Skip having another tantrum
