1. Cell phone payments thru March date
2. Reimbursement for cancellation of Cell phone plan
3. Increased Retraining allowance

They MUST not add anything. Any other company and you just get the 60 day notice. That is all that they have to give you. After 2008 Pfizer wont be giving out more than the 60 days when the cuts are made. 2008 is when ATS expires.

A "reach around" would be nice.

The whole "performance based" quote was really a shitty thing to do. I hope that it doesn't hinder quality people from landing a good job elsewhere.

They should pay for your BUSINESS phone that you will be using for personal reasons for three months? You are lucky that you are getting severance at all - most companies give a couple of weeks if that, not including health benefits or a "retraining" allowance at all.

Shut the hell up.
