Which type of rep gets the best results?

Which type of rep gets the best results? An average looking rep that knows their products and can sell or a super attractive rep that is an idiot and can't sell?

The super attractive rep that wears short skirts and allows a peak once or the the guy who can charm the pants off granny have my vote.

Ok, how about smart rep with huge tits?

Reps make a difference in 3 cases off the top of my head.

A) Doc has 2 or more choices of 2nd Tier a relatively equal efficacy. Example Prevacid and Protonix. Best rep wins.

B) 2nd Tier drug is good drug. 3rd Tier drug is better, but most will do fine on 2nd Tier drug. Doc likes rep of 3rd tier drug and doesn't like rep of 2nd tier drug. Example Allegra and Zyrtec (Before Allegra went generic)

C) Launch of any product or re-launch when company barely had a sales force and get acquired by a real company.

A rep with a 3rd tier drug and no real better efficacy will have a hard time no matter how much liked.

A rep with a 2nd Tier drug that is simply inferior will have a hard time no matter how liked.

Since there are so many attractive reps anyway, the dumb ones only annoy docs.
