Some else on this post gave you best piece of info: Taro is about to change leaders, new (and experienced) management is coming in, and Taro will be run like a grown up pharmaceutical company. In other words - you don't have a future at Taro. Maybe Barrie will need help carrying his cardboard box out to the Mercedes - you may even get a tip.
