Aren't you all just tired of it all?

I am just so tired of waiting for the other shoe to fall. So many rumors about Sample Compliance requesting 2 years of CASSRA's, the expense department checking how many drinks you buy, comparing your miles and personal miles against your partners. Oh, and what about management constantly trying to ignore the obvious. Managed care IS a big factor and it is only going to get worse. You go out everyday and do your job, yet the culture and trust is not there anymore.

Trust has never been a part of the culture at Forest. Maybe that is why they have one of the highest turnover rates in pharma...you just get tired of it and eventually leave. It was the best thing I ever did!

totally agree, what is up with expenses? now all of sudden they say they lost reports and are asking for receipts? never lost one before but now they can't find one after 7 years? BS

This company takes micromanagement to the nth degree.

micromanagement? isn't the rectal exam I get each ride along standard? I thought everyone's manager was as far up there ass as mine was. i'm up to 3 digits now!
