Default Retention Plan

My guess is that if you are not a "specified key employee" and did not receive a contract in the mail then you are as good as gone. Let the exodus begin!! Typical BDY move.

Anyone have a guess onto the percentage of sales reps that were offered the contracts?

Weren't those "contracts" you speak of nothing more than a promise for severance and a bonus IF they were to be layed off due to buyout?

All that means is the others will get nothing if layoffs happen. Time will tell.

I'm guessing there may be layoffs even if DG gets the company. Nevermind if someone else does???

FAIRFIELD, N.J. (AP) -- Drug developer Bradley Pharmaceuticals Inc. said Friday it has three potential buyers interested in the company and will pursue a sale.
The company said it has received preliminary bids, details of which weren't disclosed.

Bradley previously announced it was considering strategic alternatives and retained Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. as its financial adviser.
