Currently interviewing with this company... Any ideas on how to get the job? What is salary? Do all reps get a car, phone, and comp.?

Salary is 55-62k. You get a car, phone, and one year of torture. You would be a complete fool to even consider this company. Unless you are coming from selling urinal cakes and making 30k, this is a horrible place to be. In your next interview ask them 3 things:

1. Has there been much turnover in the past 2 years?

2. How many reps finish over quota for the year?

3. Ask if you can see the results of the employee survey>

The salary is pretty good what is the commision structure like?

Horrible commission structure.Max per month is 2500 but the thing is you will only hit your number probably one out of every three months. Those other months you will walk with zero commission dollars even though you could have sold five new customers on implant systems.

Recruiter contacted me about an opening at Dentsply in SoCal for DNA Division. Any thoughts? Should I entertain the process? How is management to work for?
