Well, I personally am working on my own payback which is now on the horizon. Approaching fast. Others are also working on their own. An avid reader of this Novartis board can easily conclude there are several WBers and/or rebels who are at it very hard. Just look at the BPO, WHers unite, $25.000 bounty, Their sins etc and you can't help but believe that justice will be done soon. The Teflon Novartis will be gone and the new Convicted Novartis will be born to join the likes of Pfizer, BMS, A/Z and all those that Dr. Rost describes so well in his book as mob-like BigPharma Cos. Once this happens the Nofuctis will not be virgin any more. It will turn into Yesfuctis (by the people).
Can't wait just as you and all the moral majority.

Here is a little bit of history for you and how it actually happened. Remeber from the histroy lessons the brave hero (name excapes me I was never big on history) who while famously riding his horse shouted repeatedly:"THE ENGLISH ARE COMING, THE ENGLISH ARE COMING".
What actually happened is that he was riding on his horse as the original historic account says but was shouting following:" THE PAYBACK IS COMING, THE PAYBACK IS COMING, THE P........". As we know that payback was directed towards the English and they got it big time, allright. Fast forward couple of centuries plus, and the payback is directed toward the as nasty an adversary with the name Nofartus. And it is coming, believe it.

I think it was Paul Revere.

Thanks. I could not remember the name but I saw the movie (just kidding. For those who follow Seinfeld remeber whe Jerry says "I saw the movie" when he is questioned about his knowledge of Mozart. Funny stuff).
What is not funny the payback time that is coming. For those following few "busy" threads here and this one can make a pretty good conclusion that several individuals are working on the payback. Everyone his/her own way. This writer too but not in US. Is it going to come from US? Maybe. Hopefully yes because it would make the biggest impact on this Co. But it can come from every corner of the planet and when it does (not if) the flood gates will be open. And no more teflon N and no more breaking all the rules of civilized business and human behavior.
Then I'll get into my Porsche 911 turbo 4W convertable and while driving at 300km per h on the Strada del Sole, I will shout at the top of my voice:"THE PAYBACK IS DONE, THE PAYBACK IS DONE, THE..."
Well, actually when i wake up in Buffalo, I'll get into my Co transportation appliance, drive at speed limit and still shout the same.
To all those working on the payback, please do not give up. They are not untouchable and the teflon has its half life and is coming to there in N's case.

Yes a very prophetic and excellent advice. Some people listened some would never do it. I bet there are number of Nov. employees righ now who could do the same thing as the Merck guy who walked away with 69 mill. But they either don't know it or simply would not do it for whatever reason. One being they are simply stupid.
Just think about the Merck case. They too had number of people who had the same info and evidence as the WBer and yet they did not do the right thing. This "right thing" is not only right for the WBer but it is more right for the people who are the true victims of the big pharma including this Co. Yes, I know they do good things too. That does not give them the right to fuck everyone for the excess profits they make and keep.
So take this advice , learn, collect evidence and be first in this Co to do it. You will be a hero for everyone including Vasella, for he as many wrongdoers is just dying to get caught and be put out of his misery.

Don't take their pittance of a severance , you will sign away all rights to sue , AND you will miss out when the WB's expose all the bribery & corruption & the CHA-CHING comes rolling in !
