Computer freezes up

Does your computer freeze up on you like mine does when I go to get signatures? I hate that. Embarressing whejn in front of dr.

Dear God man!! The damn thing is a nightmare and has been since the beginning! It's a "sales killer" and will always be one!

I always test the signature screen before I have a doctor sign on it. I have had way to many times when I have had that screen freeze and not take a signature. This computer stinks!!

No reason to have these things- they make our calls worse. I feel so stupid sometimes when it doesnt work..nothing like trying to sell and you trying to be professional and it doesnt work... just a micromanagement tool.

The SSLT is totally clueless in re the Tablet PC/TSi. It has become the biggest illusion in
the history of pharma. There have been thousands of posts here on CP, 100% negative about the Tablet PC/TSi. It hurts sales and how the docs view us when we stand there tapping on the damn thing and when it freezes, looking like we are total idiots.

They, the SSLT, are in complete denial about this platform. It is useless to complain, but I guess it's good to vent.

Does anyone ever feel like Vanna White??..holding the computer, tapping the screens, smiling, looking like an idiot..when we could be using a clincial paper and looking the doctor in the eye and having a real conversation!!

Yes, the whole damn sales force feels this way!! The "illusion", as it is referred to here, will never disappear. TSi/TabletPC takes away from having a legitimate, effective, beneficial conversation with the doc. What a mess.

You are the clueless one pal, SSLT aren't happy with TSi but it wasn't their department that spent the millions upon millions in developing and forcing this shit on the reps... unfortunately the SSLT are handcuffed on this one for now...you do realize that not everything that comes down to the reps is because of the SSLT right? There are other departments other than Sales that affect what we have to put up with.
