ENT vs. Spine

What division is better?? I was told base in ENT was 45-50k (this site says commision only??) and spine was an associate positon with set 75k base no commisions until after full time rep in 12-18 months!! Any recommendations which division has a better future and pay considerations?? Thank you in advance for any insight!
