Ever heard of Physician's Fare?

My DM asked me to find out about this & if people in the industry find it useful...any thoughts??

Do you mean Physician's Fair? A physician's fare is what we used to pay for when we needed to fly them somewhere. It was very helpful when it was a First Class Fare. Now it isn't allowed. I am sure it still happens and I'd like to hear how people manage to pull it off.

They may also be inquiring about the fee doctors to be a consultant and speak at events or to other doctors about our products.
