Default Panel Interview

What usually happens during the panel interview? How in-depth is the product discussion? Any standard questions that I can definitely expect to hear? How many managers are usually there? Also, what is the process following the panel? Another panel interview? Another DM interview? Ride along?

Just curious about the process. I have my panel interview tomorrow.

Mine was not very in depth, didn't ask about the products other than what I knew about the company. 2 managers, very relaxed, don't stress out. They ask about resume and grades in college and a couple of star questions like tell me what you're most proud of and how you acheived it.

My experience was similar to the poster above. Met with 3 DMs from various divisions who asked questions about where i want to be in five years, why i am interviewing, past job, and grades in school. Tiring, but not too bad. Just answer the ?s the best you can and you will be fine. Post panel, expect an interview one on one with the hiring dm and then its a waiting game. Maybe a week or two until they tell ya where you if you are hired or not. Keep sending resumes just in case you are not the candidate they are looking for just to be safe. good luck to you.
