What's going on? streamlining staff or laying off those who don't fit in?

I haven't heard of anything like that recently. In early 2008 there was a major reorg among a couple of divisions, but I'm unaware of recent layoffs.

Can you imagine going to your neighborhood pharmacy to refill an RX for a non-controlled drug and having the pharmacist ask you when you took the last pill and when you plan to take the next one? Ridiculous? Well why does Accredo do this? I refused to let them micromanage my life and told them I'm legally allowed to refill this RX and am NOT required to tell them the details of every injection. They said I had to speak with the pharmacist (akin to being sent to see the principal)...was put on hold for a long time then I finally hung up. I will not reorder and they'll be losing big bucks. My medical costs will skyrocket from not getting this med. Your adherence/compliance tactics are backfiring. Power to the patients.
