Nancy Lilly....why???

Why do we pay her good Lilly dollars?.....she has achieved nothing in her career......failed in Australia, done nothing since except cause the loss of Jack Bailey by her inept management...has NO knowledge of what marketing is and how it works.....why, why, why???????? Waste of a headcount.
