Default Let's try again

OK

I have asked the sycophantic libtardiots here to explain the constitutionality of Demonpass because if the demalquedacrats go this route, it most assuredly will be challenged in court and based on the 1998 ruling striking down the line item veto, this will be taken down as well.

The best our idiot libterrorsts can come up with is "The GOP did it too".

Now, I have stated categorically that if the GOP did this as a means to pass substantive legislation then what they did is unconstitutional as well.

So my question to the libtardiots is this. When this gets in front of the Supreme Court will the substance of your defense be "He did it first"?

I mean, my seven year old nephew can come up with that kind of defense. Is that what you libtardiots are staking Odummy's legacy on?

Either way it is time for a revolution to take back our country. Are you libs ready for it?

Nope, not unless someone brings a lawsuit questioning them. If you people don't like something and you think you have a case, then have your day in court. The people wil,l on this HC Bill. Many will. There will be numerous lawsuits. Get ready. Obama isn't that favored by a few justices these days after his State of the Union spanking he gave them now is he? Questioning their rulings....in his speech.. when they were showing up as a courtesy? Not a smart man but that's been established long ago.

Nope, it will be a ruling on the Constitution such that it was in 1998 when the Supreme Court struck down the line item veto.

Now, if you pussies have a problem with and of the legislation that the GOP passed via this measure, then by all means take it to court. In fact I will support you 100% in your efforts and I will not complain a bit because I agree that it is a bullshit tactic.

But, it looks like Nazi Pelosi just lost a dozen lawmakers over the medicare provisions being stripped out of the House bill. Cool huh?

No, just pointing out a fact. The SCOTUS will rule on the Constitution and this bill will be scrapped. The government is limited in it's powers and those powers have been continuously abused for decades now. Time to make an issue of things.

Imagine that! Your own tactics coming back to get stuffed up your ass (you probably love that visual). We can file enough suits, and find enough judges, where we can gum up the works on this. I hope that the right litigates the fuck out of this. Fuck you Donald Duck.
